It’s interesting that such a small jump in fibrotic area in the chart you attached, which appears to me to a jump from 5.5% to about 6.5% fibrotic area, would result in a 3.7 fold chance of dying (CDE to CDE+MVC).
I think the jump is 18% in fibrotic area resulting in a 370% higher chance of dying.
I should think that LL would have a better result reducing fibrotic area and a better chance of preventing the development of Hepatocellular Carcinoma than MVC.
In a mouse model of course.
