I've been gone all nite till now. I think Casaprop and Moss have answered our questions and whetted our appetite. Looks like things are coming together sooner than I thought. I thought May/June and looks like sooner than that. Maybe as soon as the end of this month. I remember Sparks saying sales were being made and money coming in. Maybe I will yet be able to tell my wife what we are invested in. My best to you, Jim PS-I like to be wrong about timing and I like pleasant surprises. I also enjoyed watching the stock price go up more than going down. Mr. Coats and Mr. Cunetta have worked so hard. I hope there is some bonus in their employment contract to adequately compensate them for all of the grief they have gone thru.
