Agree...  F3 has a very poor group of management team.   FT does has value and those agreements have value.  Its product is good.  However they don't promote it.  I am just not sure why.

To me, FargoTube is more valuable than Photobucket.  It is not just a one dimension site that allows you to shares photos.  You can do that with any sites... it was like no value or niche at all.  FT does.    Photobucket was bought in 2008 for $400 million.

I am awaiting for this mobile app they said they are going to do by the end of this quarter.  I hope that they stick to that this time.  This app is needed if they want to be a player.  Maybe this is when things will start getting interesting.

Would that be something if one day you wake up and you hear news about Facebook offers to buy F3 (because of FT) so that it can have a plateform to complete with Google and iTune?    FT has almost all the framework ready (need that mobile app) and in a niche market.  I have looked through internet deals in the last few years, it's not common to see offers near billion or even billions.  The interesting thing is many of those internet start up don't settle for the deals even they were losing money and big offers.  Sure enough some of those companies now worth 3 to 10x of the offers.

Can FT get an offer of $300 to $500 million?  I think it can if some cash cow companies want to be in this niche market right away.  It sounds like a dream but you never know.
