What role did Mr Southern play in the NIR suit and the Walters suit?
Was HLNT his only client? I doubt that is the case. If so he put all his eggs in one basket?
IF he is owed back wages that should be a simple and quick suit. Was he on retainer or on the clock? So may more questions could be asked. Still do not expect much from the 10k. Audited fins would be nice though.
