I agree that shorts are covering, just look at todays action.

The short sale transaction ratio moved down substantially. Shorts are typically covering when the PPS is low so it looks like that happened to a large degree today. Typically in illiquid manipulated stocks the longs are not in control, its actually the shorts that are in control and so the PPS tends to follow their shorting habits; low amount of shorting along with covering and the PPS is at lows, the shorting increases as the PPS rises and then the shorting peaks when the PPS peaks and then the PPS drops like a rock, rinse/repeat. This is the pattern. Perhaps all this covering at the 200 DMA is a sign that the market participants are ready to take the stock back up but if volume decays then there is no telling where the PPS could go. At least for now it appears the stochastics are looking bullish and the chart has retraced most of the levels multiple times so gaps seem to have been filled over the weeks and months; perhaps it means the stock moves higher soon but there is no way of knowing the future unless of course you happen to be the big stack at the table.
I do not agree with your surmising that there are insiders ("Allinders people") who are keeping the price at certains levels for their own benefit. I sincerely hope that is not the case but who knows. I happen to believe that the price action is solely the result of market players, MMs and manipulators who push it around like a ragdoll each day in an attempt to game incoming investors and day traders playing in the stock and trying to "flip" it for gains. We see what happens to the stock anytime the float trades in any big way (ie.. large percentage of the float trading leads to much much higher prices, quickly), so I am not concerned for the long term. As for the short term, I am very concerned about the lack of transparency and continuing unfulfillled promises by the CEO. Where is that elusive 10K? Yea, yea, it's coming "soon" or it's "imminent", I know, ok, but at this point I will believe it when I see it. If the 10K was already done and in the hands of auditors by the turn of the year then all they should have been waiting for are a few financial documents for Q4 which should have taken only a week or so to audit and that would mean we should have probably seen the 10K filed already (this week or so) but we see that as usual nothing has happened. It seems like every two or three months we get another excuse why the auditors have not received documents or that they have received documents and it's only another few months to wait while they audit those documents but then three months later we hear the same exact story, so as a loyal long shareholder, getting a little concerned, I am.
Do or do not, there is no try.
