We all make mistakes in this game and believe it or not,that is what keeps us in the game.
There is nothing like the low of knowing you just made a mistake that cost you money.
But,there is nothing like the high of knowing you did something right and you just made a bunch.What a rush!
As for me,I pretty much knew the recent high was made on pure speculation,the PR's weren't about fleet contracts,they were about HLNT's infrastructure. I knew this and should have sold .I would have had opportunity to buy back on the way down.
But no,first ,I didn't want to miss the ride and second I was concerned with my position as regards long term capital gains. Now congress is most likely going to screw that up.
A crystal ball would be a handy accessory in this game ,wouldn't it?
In the meantime ,keep your goals in sight,do your DD and don't give up.
That goes for the rest of us as well.
