Just wanted to add - the reason I posted that RFP was to show how slow and behind Maryland is with Healthcare IT. There is no centralized system to organize health records. This is bureaucracy and a slow moving state. Georgia has all of this in place. If UNVC is to roll out Doc's plan the tech has to be in place.
The other reason is that the big contract states a minority owned business is preferred for this big contract.
The bashers with nasty Twitter comments have no idea what a black owned business is up against- big tech Healthcare corporations and hospitals. We are lucky to get in on a good company with an honest CEO. He cannot tell those idiots the details and what's at stake. Angry people deflecting on a man holding the keys to their future earnings. Sit tight or get off the train! Get a job - get busy - who cares about thumbs down and comments.
