Whether or not Gates personally owns any Gilead stock is unknown. Kennedy doesn't offer any proof and it's not in his top ten holdings. If the Gates Foundation owned any stock any profits would be the Foundations for use for charitable purposes.

Fauci is a hack but he owns no patent or other profit rights in remdesivir and owns no pharmaceutical stock. Emergent has never made the statement quoted.
