I only present eom as a reference in that financials are due, deadline for final payment of Humphries law suit is due.
These are hard and fast deadlines, not arbitrary time lines for stated "goals". These are metrics which can be measured. The reason for not meeting these metrics carry more weight than "soon" to forward statements.
