I wouldnt assign any blame or nefarious behavior to the CEOs wife without some proof. She was not an officer or director, to my knowledge, and is not responsible for the actions of the CEO.
The fact she is apparently willing to post here at least gives shareholders one path to dig for information. Thats more than I can say about the gutless, former CEO
The most unfortunate thing about generex is many investors fell in love with the ideas and dreams of the CEO who went about building a business without any true business experience or success. Someone that acquired companies without a modicum of professional due diligence or an understanding of the public markets and financing
Investors took a leap of faith with an unqualified, inexperienced CEO who's true expertise was alienating many of the people he had to deal with, costing this company even a punchers chance at success
