American Capital Agency Corp. Declares First Quarter Dividend of $1.25 Per Common Share
Bethesda, MD - March 7, 2013 - American Capital Agency Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.25 per common share for the first quarter 2013. The dividend is payable on April 26, 2013 to common shareholders of record as of March 20, 2013, with an ex-dividend date of March 18, 2013.
