Well, good luck with that. Kay came out of Morgan and is paying for protection by BlankRome. No one has the money and the experience to go up against that and he knows it.
Bo Dietl is an interesting guy in a sleaze ball kind of way. When Kay told me he was working with Dietl, at a shareholders' meeting cocktail hour maybe 7 years ago, I should seen the gigantic red flag and run for the exits.
