Who really is the NANO Solar Panel OEM for SPP?

Is the U.S. entity "Nano Solars US" or the Indian entity "Nano Solars India" the actual OEM for Sun Pacific Power highly promoted CIGS/Nano Solar panels? SPP using "Nano Solars India" address as its Asian Regional Corporate address. Why not say Eterbright Solar instead of "Stion Solar" (shut down in 2017)? Stion name stinks (see below) so why reference "Stion Solar" in Jan-2022 SPP press release.

https://pv-magazine-usa.com/2020/07/13/mornin...nce-group/
Quote:
Mississippi’s case against the vestiges of defunct solar panel firm, Stion, has been settled for $2.5 million: A case against Stion Solar that at one point had been valued at $93 million was settled for $2.5 million. Stion Solar was no longer a part of the case, having relinquished control of what was left of the manufacturer to a firm specializing in disposing of failed companies. Stion shut its manufacturing doors in Hattiesburg in October 2017. The Mississippi Development Authority had lent Stion $75 million. The company has $74,127,360 in outstanding principal and $789,446 in accrued interest.”

Trying to figure out the connection. Have not seen "Nano Solars US" or "Nano Solars India" not mentioned anywhere as an OEM? Many references to Nano Solar as the technology term, but no company OEM reference?

Nice looking SPP global regional office in India. Is it a nicer corporate office than corporate headquarters in NJ?

LOL...global center using a P.O. Box. Must be a huge P.O.Box?

Jan-2022 Press Release:

Look familiar? Stion Solar panel technology promo from "Nano Solars US" website . Looks like they're still promoting Stion Nano Solar panels on their U.S. wesbite... like Snpw did in their Jan-2022 press release. Only problem is Stion has been out of business since 2017.

"Nano Solars US" website:
http://www.nanosolars.us/
Quote:
Our CIGS modules are designed and manufactured to the highest reliability standards. The semiconductors in Stion’s thin-film solar panels are made of Copper, Indium, Gallium, Selenium and Sulfur (a compound commonly abbreviated as CIGS). Traditionally, CIGS-based materials have demonstrated the highest efficiencies of any thin-film technology. However, there are many variations of the technology and performance varies widely based on how the materials are deposited and processed. CIGS semiconductor film is comprised of both metallic and non-metallic elements. Stion employs two separate process steps to form the semiconductor film. The first is ideally suited for deposition of metallic elements. The second is ideal to supply and incorporate non-metallic elements in the film. These two processes enable exceptional large area uniformity.

Maybe someone will respond (tweet maybe?) to help clear up the confusion surrounding Nano Solar panels being promoted on SPP website . The content, including along photos and charts, copied from "Nano Solars US" website. Any signed agreement between Snpw/SPP and "Nano Solars US" or "Nano Solars India" ...maybe through Eterbright?

I'm sure it all makes sense somehow. But. shareholders might be interested to know what the actual relationship is, between the public company snpw/spp and foreign & domestic entities... along with what terms and conditions exist between the parties. Maybe the 2022 Q2 10-Q will clear things up? Didn't see "Nano Solars US" or "Nano Solars India" referenced in Q1-2022 10-Q nor the 2021 10-K?

imho

cheers
