They lack substance because they have to.
They are meant to be insinuations of what is to come not what has transpire.
They are neither negative or positive by themselves.
If they come to fruition they are positive.
If they don't they are negative.
IMHO, a tweet has no bearing on a stock unless it is backed with something tangible.
