Yes of course but as you know I had the first two vaccines from Moderna. I am done with vaccines and also done with the typical yearly flu boosters by way of my primary doctor which leads me to restate I had the first two Moderna in Feb & Mar of 2021. So in April 2022 I caught COVID and of course wasn't going to do anything about it as it wasn't that bad. Had the high fever and a damn cough that would scare a Tyrannosaurus so bad it would have a coronary. My neighbors work pre op and post and just said to me you really don't know how bad this virus can be and they said they now have a couple of drugs that can arrest most of the symptoms if caught early enough. Heck it was a Thursday when we talked and then Friday we talked around 5 pm and I said most of the primary and specialists just work half days on Friday so I'm out of luck even if I change my mind as I waited too long and besides I can wait til Monday and see if I get worse. He said someone is always on call so think about it. It was now around 8pm and I called and sure enough the answering service just said they will contact my doctor or whoever is on call that if I don't hear back from someone within 45 minutes call back again. I got a call like 30-40 minutes later, they had all my health information and just said discontinue my cholesterol drug while taking "Paxlovid", to take two morning pills and two evening pills in a five day period. He called the script in to Walgreens and did the first series of two pills around 10pm same night. The next day the Covid cough was just collapsing my upper stomach muscles. I did have a quad bypass in 2018 and had to have Lt hemidiaphragm plication since it was elevated too high and more paradoxical into the heart as my respiration increase.
So as I said before now that my DNA is going to change will I finally change into the Hulk or will the combination of the Moderna two pricks and what the Paxlovid kill me. So when it come down to all this drug stuff and flu viruses. Something will always take us out but never move on fear but make it a bit easier on physical pain if possible.
Salty...got my Borg totally completed last Wednesday.
