I'm a little conflicted on the additional shares. Obveiously we have to vote yes to keep the lights on but at what point do we say enough is enough? Outstanding approved shares will have been increased by 68.75% in just 9 months...we're no longer at a minimal dilution pace. There has been very little progress since the additional 200M shares were approved last October (actually you could make the case that with the hold on HIV and the voluntary stopping of the Brazil trials that things are worse) and even less real communication to us. This ask makes me far more concerned that they'll be back here in another 6-12 months asking for additional shares. I will vote yes on this round again but I think that if the BLA has not been resubmitted and no additional trials have commenced (or Brazil tirals completed) then I can't in good conscience vote to approve any more. If there is progress then I could see myself voting for more in the future but if the next 9 months are anything like the last 9 months then no way.
