Given all the surprises & track record I do not feel quite as smitten where potential outcomes are concerned.
I would be quite happy to put Amarex behind us & move on as it reminds me of tainted meat. No amount of seasoning & effort will make it what it should have been. It just becomes a foul odor (constant reminder).
Let's air out the kitchen & break out the new menu.
