ANYONE... that didn't think additional shares would be requested even before AM's declarations in the last CC...is Not keeping up to reality...Now the amount may be in the dispute...BUTT, we need a WarChest on the table ...in negotiations ..with Any potential Partner, Merger, or acquisition...NO time for Fucking around...WE need the runway...it's big stick time.
