Right, so why is the status quo that every officer and board member of the company stands to receive more shares the lower the share price? Sounds backwards to me. Whether biased or not, that doesn’t look great.
I understand they must preserve cash, the issue is that now they’re using a non-fixed amount of shares in lieu of a fixed amount of USD which is leading to this seemingly paradoxical state.
Ironically, the more directly after and extreme a move up is following this period of questionable intentions has ended (read: after they get their shares), the more I’ll wonder how much more of it should have been mine and is wrongfully someone else’s. That’s a doozie.
