Even if that is true, eventually the PPS must rise for this game to work out. The trick would then be waiting them out or taking advantage of what they are doing, too. If one thinks a price is artificially low, buy some more at the low price if one thinks it wise.
I have long ago noticed that many companies tank a share price only to then issue themselves options. Unfair? Yes. But, they make the rules, not us.
Know the rules. Learn to share. Don't expect to receive everything. A non-insider will never be able to take advantage of a situation as well as an insider. But, hopefully there is enough profit left for the non-insider, as well, to make it worthwhile.
