A long still accumulating would have the same incentive. But, that is only a problem when their talk don't match their actions. If someone is talking trash about a company and is buying, that's manipulation. If someone is talking up a company and is selling, that's manipulation, as well.
So, watch what the company's executives and employees do, not what they say (which right now is practically saying nothing), but isn't that what we all have already been doing?
They have been taking shares, presumably as salary, and have held, but not sold any shares that I can see.
