I'm not even sure where to start with this one.
How do you know there are no partnerships on the horizon? Because they're asking for $140m in additional shares which is approximately $60m less than the previous request? And they just want the additional shares so they can get paid until they can find a better job and not continue to move LL closer to approval or a partnership? If that's true, then why have none of them left since NP was removed six months ago?
You said "they keep proving themselves to be worthless" yet with the exception of Kelly, current management is relatively new and today is the President's first day. I would say that's a little premature at this early stage.
