When we authorized the current 200m shares, the pp

When we authorized the current 200m shares, the pps was ~$1.10 which equated to over $200m. Assuming they get the additional 350m shares approved, it only equates to ~$140m (at the recent average of .40/share). Technically, they're asking for less than the previous request which leads me to believe they either think the price will be going up soon or that they won't need to self-fund much longer.
