I think Ohm hit on a financial confusion: warrants

Please tell me if I'm mistaken, but I think we had to authorize 1.75 shares for each unit of the last offering (1 share + .75 share warrant). Yes, we will get more cash when the warrants are exercised, but, up front it drains your pool of available shares fast for little cash in the door.
At that rate, 350m shares / 1.75 shares per unit = 200m units;
200m units * $0.45 per unit = $90m less 13% commission = $78m upfront.
