I can't really argue with "most inept company I have ever seen"
however, and respectfully,
* this is a new management team leading the business;
* they are a pre-revenue OTC biotech, a share raise should not surprise anyone;
* 350m shares at current price is roughly the equivalent cash raise as the previous 200m share raise;
* 350m shares authorized may and probably does, but not does not necessarily mean all 350m shares will be issued;
* we have no idea what else if anything may be a catalyst in the next 2 months prior to the shareholder vote;
* this could be a facilitating action for any potential partnership/merger that could be in the works.
I'm a strong YES with my shares because I still believe this will pay off and offset the risks I knowingly accepted.
Nobody likes dilution, nobody likes the lack of communication on any progress or strategy/direction, assuming any exists. Like any investment, you have the option to move on; and like any vote, you have the option to vote no. I hope and expect you would be in the minority
