You are assuming he and any others saying to vote no actually have any shares. We are all anonymous here (well, most of us are) and can say anything we want. One guy on ST claims to own 570k shares and says he would rather the company go bk than to vote yes. Really? Someone really wants to shoot themselves in the foot like that? Many of them are probably shorts or bashers pretending to be longs, trying to trick you into harming your own investment. Your question is a good one, which truly tests the honesty of the posters claiming this.
