So Haleon the GSK new startup Theraputics and Vaccine division opens the 18th of July. There will be money made by both Pfizer and GSK by ending their joint venture prior to or simintaniously the Haleon start up. So would it be more likely that GSK would announce a Cydy buyout before the Haleon start date or for Haleon to buy Cydy after the Haleon start date? I believe they want to make a very big splash/statement in the biotech big pharma world. Sure they can announce they are opening Haleon and starting up the Q Block manufacturing plant. But how about an announcement on opening day that HALEON a subsidiary of GSK opens today with an announcement they are acquiring CYDY to get the drug Leronlimab. Leronlimab is a Monoclonal Antibody known to work through the CCR5 receptor and help up or down regulate the immune system. Currently trials at different phases have shown great results and promise in HIV, MTNB, NASH and Covid Critical with Long Haulers.
I believe that announcement and timing would make a statement in the bio world that we are here for business.
