Washington County civil case update:
I have spoken with the nice woman at the county clerks office. She informed me that using the "indexed records" search will list the defendant/plaintiff information INCORRECTLY.
She said one must use the "Circuit Court Records" search option to obtain correct information.
Therefore, in civil case 13-CV-000467 filed 2/25/2013 Herbert C Southern is the PLAINTIFF filing against HLNT/AHS as the DEFENDANTS.
I am sorry to report that is the current state of affairs as I have been able to confirm it.
