IBIO CEO really boogered the monkey on this one. Ramrodded a HUGE reverse split that shareholders didn't want and had no say so in
That is such a OTC move
We all know a reverse split will kill the share price
The market knows no significant catalysts are coming to raise the sp so IBIO does the classic OTC move.
Ahhh, I'm going to invent a new class a shares and give the 1000 shares an unbelievable number of votes just for this one item and no other.

It's been almost 2 months with no real news. Is this yet another company that doesn't update shareholders?
