More than interesting employment contract. Quite t

My past worry was if he bought a lot of stock prior to employment is that he was brought in to sell the company. Looks like he won’t have to buy shares. He will get substantial stock options. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I think the employment contract is geared towards a buy out in Cyrus’s compensation or at least it is long term protection for him to move on to another company. Most likely normal salary protection for a hiring for a company that is a biotech on the cusp of great things but has some risk still.
What is some other opinions on his employment package? Over compensated? To much stock? This is the right amount of compensation? We had to pay to get a quality leader in Cyrus? Opinions welcomed on this employment compensation package. Either public or send them private message to just me if you have an opinion you would not want to share with everyone.
I am interested to see what investors believe.
