ACS also scammed us IMHO. They got millions in two DoD SBIR grants. Then they somehow fumbled the DoD football big time! Why Mark never sued them for nonpayment & nondelivery remains a mystery to SHs. Why he never pursued qualifying for a DoD contract after severing all ties to ACS really upset me. Because our troops never got that DISA approved MT on their mobiles I lost all faith in the company!
