COVID changed the trends and upset the data of outdoor advertising.
When SNPW gave a projected revenue for the bus shelters it was based on the data as written in the contract signed by the City of Tallahassee
Covid did nothing but good for the company... with the company getting 66K in PPP money with no expense tied to that free PPP $ ...that was supposedly distributed to 6 employees based on the PPP filing??
Tallahassee agreement (if you read it) has nothing to do with bus shelter advertising...only bus benches in Florida. Bus shelters contract is with the rhode island transportation company. It appears that rhode island bus shelter inventory has been cut significantly with competitor, vector media, also under contract with same rhode island transportation company, announcing they added 150 bus shelters assigned to their advertising inventory to go with their bus ads. Ask yourself why that happened? No 8-K filing on any material changes to that 2017 10 year contract? Maybe nothing changed???
We won't even bring up Howell Township, NJ additional bus shelters contract. No updates on that how many year old contract?
Always do your own due diligence. And know what you own.
imho
