May not want to go there? 1/2 billion projected snpw revenues just in a couple of press releases.
Bus shelter ads and solar bus shelter installs? Snpw projected $60+ mil over 10 yrs. 5 Yrs into the 10 year contract now and less than 1 mil in revenue resulting in net income losses every year. $450 mil projected snpw revenue per yr for the recently announced plan to build a solar panel factory. lol
Then add in the hundreds more millions projected annually in press releases for Durango and Australia since 2019. Those aren't industry revenue projections.
Come'on. You know exactly the problem with projects never getting out of the gate. We don't need to lay out the constant excuses for years of delays too...do we?.
All the more reason to come up with the next announced agreement waiting on funding, yet, again. This time to build what the company is calling "our" solar panel production facility. Can't you smell another participation agreement next? 20%? or 33% of revenue...then wait a couple of years to see if it ever happens.
Why do you think the DEF 14C Reverse Split was voted for approval, not filed until 5 weeks after it was approved, by those not being affected by a reverse split, being preferred (series) shareholders?
It's all in the 2021 annual 10-K. Pay attention to the possibility of the need to restructure language too.
