I have been a strong supporter and investor of SHMP for quite awhile now. The annual 2021 report was, and is, a complete shit-show. On revenues of $34,000 management saw fit to bestow upon themselves bonuses in the neighborhood of $700,000 ??? Wait, lemme guess, New Age Leadership? I don't care what the employment contract says this is completely unjustifiable. Even if it was awarded based on milestones achieved it did not have to be awarded. It could have been postponed, and rightly so.
And where did this money come from ??? Shareholders? the German billionaire private investor? loans? I am a shareholder and I am livid. I can't imagine the billionaire is too happy unless he knows just what the hell is happening b/c I sure as hell don't.
So, a turd of an annual report showing $100,000s in bonuses we can scarcely afford and 3 days later a 'mystery' fire in the wee hours of the morning that wipes out an entire facility. Conveniently, there were no fire hydrants nearby which delayed the response thus leading to, in all likelihood, a total loss. Do I have that right? I mean, is this what we should call a coincidence?

And who the hell is this guy in the following link? Neil Reithinger (thinga-ma-jig? who's on first?) from Eventus Advisory Group, LLC; an Advisor ??? He is listed as a member of the management team. When did he join the party? I see no press release naming him. I went to LinkedIn (the 2nd link) and there it states he is Pres. of Eventus and CFO of Orgenesis and Pres. of FlexxSource. It seems Mr. Neil couldn't be bothered to shave before taking his LinkedIn photo. Too cool for school?

Who knows where the share price will go from here. I'm guessing lower unless, of course, they come up w/ a damn good explanation of this complete cluster-fluck and it had better include some hot shit news on distribution deals or anything else that potentially could rescue a management team that stumbled and fumbled badly, to put it mildly w/o using more profanity. Seriously, who approved this? Who signed off on this thinking 'oh, who's going to notice right b4 a big holiday weekend, eh?'. Happy fourth ya'll!
I love the technology they have developed and, yes, I saw a very bright future. I am not upset at the work they have done to get the company to this place but, god in heaven, what were you thinking? Could this have been the work of those psychos who are destroying all the food processing plants over the last year and a half? I don't even know what questions to ask but, yea, I'm hopping mad at this point. No fire hydrants? I still can't get over that.
