By what means? Through the process of mitosis?

The half life of leronlimab is at most 45 days. T cells and B cells could live for years. If the cell doesn't divide, you will have worthless LRM being reproduced.
This is supposed to be a one time cure. Patients would be slated to get the treatment once and then they will be cured for life.
How do you get a leronlimab monoclonal antibody to live for years and years.
I think the cell will manufacture it.
