When I spoke to the SEC, I specifically asked them if the company or the CEO did anything wrong or were under consideration for an investigation. The answer was a BIG fat no then and now.

Call it fate, instant karma, I didn't recognize the number but picked up. They wanted to schedule a time with me. Many heard my first encounter before. I said, you got me on the horn now, let's go. Let the chips fall where they may. I did nothing wrong.
They had to check to see if their was another agent available to jump on the call. Not only are things recorded, but always two agents. That way you can't say, I didn't booger the monkey. That was my twin, other ID, etc.
I did mention on many days 'someone' is breaking the law. Ignorance is not an excuse to booger the monkey.
Over 8 years have gone by and 'someone' prolly hasn't changed a bit. So wrapped up wanting people to follow or like them.
Guy has created so many 'illegal' accounts, so what if he stopped posting on one?
Investors don't like nor appreciate the same person posting on social media under multiple accounts, but guess who's case it helps?
As far as SGW, the guy must be 1/2 the old guy's age.. Going to go all T2 chihuahua and kill a stock. Get it line and go booger your monkey. There are 10's of 1000's of people just like you on iLie, ST, twitter and other social platform. Oh there are some things in a few of the posts that really cross a line, some agencies work with.
His posts are over the top ridiculous rookie as if he spend 3 minutes doing any research.

Turns out a copy of Twitter. I hope he spent 2 hours doing it the first time I got it deleted. Ridiculous rookie doesn't even know the rules of iLie.
Let him post 100 times a day if it wets his little chihuahua. I already have a handful of morons on ignore and one more isn't going to bother me. One day he'll wake up and realize another 8 years gone by. Maybe easier to get a jobbie other than promo'n PnD which is illegal these days unlike when your account was borne.
