Actually I think we can do such a thing. REAL "shareholders suits" are rare -- usually they are done by law firms which take a settlement from the attacked company and retreat, or every once in a while they pursue it and take most of the settlement for legal fees.
But, we COULD sue Amarex. What we would need would be a legitimate law firm to take the case, not one of the ambulance-chaser firms.
Also, we can't use Sidley-Austin because that would be a potential conflict of interest for them.
