Hell, i've been in for 6 years - another 6 months is nothing for me! I will say that the one thing i've learned, is that everything takes longer than you think in an industry like this that is so heavily regulated.
The question i wish i had asked, is "what is the window for having this clinical hold lifted?". I'm sure for compliance reasons they couldn't answer that. But it seemed clear to me that nothing moves forward until it is lifted - they called it their #1 priority, and even used the term "all hands on deck" to focus on getting info to the FDA, in order to get it lifted.
They also referenced needing to have more authorized shares and fundraising - multiple times - kind of preparing us as shareholders for that coming down the pipe. I don't think you do that if you truly believe (or know) you're on the doorstep of a partnership or buyout.
Not trying to be a negative nancy here - as i'm thrilled with the new CEO, and that is awesome for us, as that guy only signs on to a company with a promising future. but going through my notes and highlighting the things they really dwelled on, it's clear we've got some more wood to chop until we reach the promised land. We really need to know a reasonable timeframe estimate for getting this clinical hold lifted.
