How did the DEM appeal hearing go today?
Did DEM ask if medi-ri was still renting and occupying the facility specific to the permit application?
Did DEM ask where the pyrolysis equipment (specifically relating to the permit) is since doesn't appear to be at the former medi-ri facility any longer?
Did DEM offer 500K per month for denying the permit?
More importantly, it would be nice to see a video tour of the new distribution hub (tweeted) before Foxess live tour in the coming weeks. Some tweeted photos of the distribution center filled with actual Foxess product would be cool too.
