Someone said there are 3 certainties in life, I attest to that statement based on my own personal experience. I believe in charts and I pick my investment through charts first then do my diligent and stoical research on them, as I believe "one picture is worth a thousand words", chart pattern tells a lot about the company's health and potential. In the year 2000 in my search for a potential mining stock amid over one thousand stock charts, one chart stood out among the others, it had a bullish Head-And-Shoulder pattern. In my research, I found that the company had 6 billion pounds of copper reserve in its Red Chris project in a place called the Golden Triangle of British Columbia, I liked it and bought 200,000 shares at 5 cents for long term investment. In June, 2011 The company was bought out by Imperial Metals at $2.45 a share and the sale offered me $1/2 million for an early retirement, that is why I have so much time posting for fun and for leisure. Imperial Metals's desire to construct a mine at Red Chris prompted the BC government to construct highway and install power line from southern BC, through the Golden Triangle to Red Chris, the construction began in 2012 and the new infrastructure benefits all mining companies operating in the Golden Triangle. Copper production in Red Chris began on February 27, 2015, its actual reserves exceeded the estimate with 8 billion pounds of copper and 12 million ounces of gold.

During the slump in the mining sector from 2011 to 2016 when gold price declined from $1,900 towards $1,000, many mining explorers were being culled, some switched to cannabis operation which they called "green gold". I sold all my 400K shares of Skeena Resources and ventured into a high-tech stock, I was so distracted that I was unaware of what was happening in the Golden Triangle or in the mining sector, when I gave up that scam and returned to the mining sector, I found that Skeena Resources share had rallied to over $3 and I missed an opportunity in GT Gold whose Tatogga gold property right adjacent to Red Chris mine was bought out by Newmont Mining at $3.25 a share, the distress nearly killed me. In my research through charts again I found Aben Resources, I hope lightning will strike twice for me and heal my wound.
