MK is reducing the AS again which is a Very GOOD sign! They will not need to print a more shares, which should mean REVs finally and no more borrowing money.
There's no need for us Common-SH's to vote because the preferred shares give them the majority commons for voting purposes. Which is done in the OTC all the time.
