Wowhappens.....yes referencing COVID Vaccines and still getting that damn flu. I had Moderna vaccines Feb 23 and March 23 and that was all. I will no longer take the typical yearly flu vaccine either. My wife got her first two Pfizer vaccines a week after my first series and she got 1 booster following.
As I mentioned in early April of this year I caught COVID and I spread that to my wife as I had one of the worst coughing session that I ever had. I opened one of my COVID test kits and sure enough the virus was active.
My close neighbor couple that we general share time with just said they have a pill that you can get that will stop the virus in it's tracks provided it is taken within 5 days from symptoms. I said I was going to ride the virus out but changed my mind later in the night like 8 pm on a Friday night. I called my Primary Doctor and got the answering serves. I was surprise they told me I should receive a call back within 45 minutes but if not make sure you call again to follow up on what's happening. I waited and sure enough a call back came and they had all my history and just said do not take any of my medicines that lower Cholesterol. I take typical Atorvastatin 80mg and a really cool drug called Ezetimibe 10mg. These two drugs kick a$$ in two different ways to fight Cholesterol - really amazing. Anyways the Primary office phoned in a drug call "Paxlovid" to take on the COVID. I thought to myself what will this drug do to me may kill the COVID but might mess with me and how bad. I was glad I called for this drug as I did get worse that same night. I will say it did kick the COVID viruses a$$ but what will that due to me later on no one really knows but I look at it this way...I did the job I was hoping for at the time.
Now I know this will sound weird but I have no intent on taking anymore vaccines ever. I will cross that path when it comes and wager do I take the pill or not.
Other problems since birth have been forced far to many drugs and surgeries that my liver, Pancreas are questionable at times. Actually that isn't a big deal to me as every day to me is like winning the lottery and the air I breathe is blue sky so if I die right now no big deal....my entire family doesn't understand how I love life so much but see things as if I die no big deal....BTW...it would be cool to win a lottery but it is only money.
