Atlas Technology Group's Racing Limos America™ To Join Canadian Franchise Association as Newly Formed "Racing Limos Canada"

DOVER, N.H. , March 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Racing Limos America, Inc., a subsidiary of Atlas Technology Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: ATYG), announced it is in the process of becoming a member of the Canadian Franchise Association as Racing Limos Canada™.

"We've been speaking with the CFA off and on for several months," said Racing Limos America™ President James Albion .  "We are concluding paperwork this week to register the corporate entity, "Racing Limos Canada, Inc." and have instructed our IP attorney to commence the trademark process for the corporate name."

Albion said he hopes to have the application process completed by or before the end of the quarter.  "These processes take time.  We've had numerous inquiries for franchising in major metropolitan areas like Montreal , Toronto , and Vancouver.  It's time we stake our presence there and market more aggressively."

Albion says the company plans to start attending CFA Expos and Conventions this summer.
