There it is again "intended to approve"... admission of mistakes
Nobody commits to investing millions based upon LOI's. At least nobody that knows what LOI's mean. They mean nothing, especially, when they stipulate "not an approval" and they have contingencies tied to them.
Once again...HELLO?? Anybody home?
No different than saying you can fill a purchase order before knowing you can deliver a product. Business 101.
