I believe Verb is well positioned with their direct sales division and Market to capture a lot of business with this growing trend. It's getting harder for many people and businesses to make ends meet and Verb has the technology to help much the same way other companies were at the right time and right place at the start of the pandemic like Zoom. I bet the media will latch onto Market and VerbTeams/CRM/LIVE and why it matters during these times of high inflation and pending recession. About the only thing Market can't do is sell gas.
As far as handling volume. I believe the way it was designed would be infinitely scalable as much as AWS can handle which is a LOT.
