Was mentioned in the podcast and PR but I'll expand on it.
Todos has a huge advantage over Pfizer and other drug companies with Tollovid being dietary supplement. They can gather as much feedback as they want and adjust as needed quickly vs. having to go through longer trials just to figure out what is working or not.
Paxlovid 5 day course not working for some? We'll then take it for 10 days. But it wasn't tested for 10 days. Oh, that's a problem.

"We are continuing to review data from clinical trials and will provide additional information as it becomes available. However, there is no evidence of benefit at this time for a longer course of treatment (e.g., 10 days rather than the 5 days recommended in the Provider Fact Sheet for Paxlovid) or repeating a treatment course of Paxlovid in patients with recurrent COVID-19 symptoms following completion of a treatment course."
