Again because people failed to hit the ask in the .0120 > .0125 range - and then above - all day, manipulators / debt holders walked the price way down to .0100 - however only 3 people got about 2M total at .01 and nothing in the .0101>.0110 range - and a couple got around 300K in the .0110 > .0113 range.
