As a general contractor I would not have an electrician and a plumber on my payroll. I would sub-contract the work out when a project called for it. Same thing applies here. Some
jobs/personnel were cut from the budget because it was a waste of funds. H.S. was one of these cuts that were made. When a person gets laid off and has that much debt, this is the result. I am sure there was some discrepancy at the end of his employment. Bankruptcy is like divorce, the lawyers advise you to take everything you have, throw it against the wall and see what sticks.
