In my opinion the trial halt in brazil was not don

Safety issues are dealt by the DSMB and by ANVIS in the trial.
It is not plausible that the CYDY team had suddenly safety concerns after they had no safety issues with hundreds of patients in other COVID trials and other trials (HIV cancer, NASH, ...) over a very long period of time.
my theory:
All other trials (NASH and cancer) were finished at this point, except the stuck brazil trials. They were out of money and bleeding with the patients still on HIV treatment (how much did this cost CYDY/ month btw. ?). Nader told us, that they have asked US FDA several times to be able to charge for the HIV treatment, without success. I think this was getting a bigger issue with declining share price (financing) over time since Nader mentioned it several times. So in my opinion they used this as an excuse to stop this almost failed COVID trials (failed due to slow/ non existing trial enrollment) and to stop the bleeding on the already finished HIV trial. The successfully predicted that US FDA will stop the use of LL in the US with this self imposed trial stop in brazil.
