Trading Summary - June 22.
An excellent above satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM.
Before the open we had further news from the company on uplisting and planned Metaverse developments.
As reported contemporaneously, .0007s stacked by the few basher / flippers on amateur forums were taken out and the .0008s started by a 20M buy and all original .0008s taken out by further 20M and 15M buys.
Upon initial uptick to .0009, there was only 15M there - demonstrating how easy it is for just a couple of trader to take out the basher flippers.
Due to multiple Watch List tickers concurrently starting their moves off the bottom - and others reloading after runs yesterday - most top OTC market traders had to be jumping all over the place elsweher throughout the day on $INCC $SUTI $IJJP $DGWR $ECOX $OTTV to ensure having some from every price point ready for future runs through end-2022.
Whenever additional .0008s were put up on $SFLM, there were further large loading buys for later - eg 10M at 15:43:52. Effectively, basher flippers have been moved up 2 ticks to .0009 where most recently they had 35M.
Overall, 100M shares were traded today on $SFLM - majority at .0008.
My assessment on the Public Offering - which is working out as intended - is covered in detail i n the latest DD (see link below).
Top traders of $SFLM are playing a waiting game as evidenced by the 500>1000+ views on the main board for it here every day. They spent most of the day on the "coming off the bottom" or reload tickers listedeabove.
It makes little difference to the OTC market top long-term continuous traders of $SFLM where they buy in the .0007 > .0050 range as we are expecting .02+ eventually - although of course any low level flipping profits will be different.
If people fail to hit the ask aggressively across multiple ticks at the open, legacy debt holders will sell and Public Offering investors will continue to convert a portion of their holdings to free at current levels .0008 > .0015.
We still need to see significant buys across several asks at the open that are crucial to getting the breakout to the .01 > .02+ range started.
The Share Structure was updated on June 3, 2022 showing no significant dilution of the Unrestricted Outstanding share count - only 90M April 27 > June 3 - see DD for additional comments.
